報名及付款Application & Fee Payment
支票付款：劃線支票，抬頭「香港基督徒畢業生團契」或 “GRADUATES CHRISTIAN FELLOWSHIP OF HONG KONG” ，請註明姓名和電話；或連同本表格寄回九龍長沙灣道137-143號長利商業大廈11字樓  香港基督徒畢業生團契收；
Crossed cheque should be made out in favor of “Graduates Christian Fellowship of Hong Kong,” and sent along or paid in person with the enrolment form to GCF, 11/F, Cheung Lee Commercial Building, 137-143 Cheung Sha Wan Road, Kowloon, HK.

銀行直接存款 ：恒生銀行280-113150-001，請在入數紙註明中文全名及電話，並將入數紙電郵至hkgcf.info@gmail.com；
Payment can be made through Hang Seng Bank a/c: 280-113150-001, please then email to hkgcf.info@gmail.com.

集體報名：每位申請者請個別填寫報名表，並於銀行收據或支票背面註明所有參加者姓名。
If you enroll in more than one person, a separate enrolment form should be completed for each applicant.  Please list out all the applicants on the bank receipt or on the back of the cheque.

除特別申明，「系列活動」皆不接受逐堂報名，參加者於報名時需繳足整個系列之費用。
Unless otherwise stared, application for an individual session of a serial program is not accepted.  Applicants have to make out full payment for the whole series.

除特殊情況由〈畢基〉裁定外，一切已繳費用，概不退還。
Fees paid are not refundable except under very exceptional circumstances, subject to GCF’s discretion.

如報名之活動額滿或取消，〈畢基〉將退回已繳之款項。
Fee will be refunded if the program you wish to enroll is full or cancelled.

所繳之費用及活動名額不得轉讓他人。
Fees and places on programs cannot be transferred from one applicant to another.

取錄條件 Admission Conditions
一般皆以「先到先得」方式取錄參加者。
Admission is normally made on a first-come, first-served basis.

除另行通告外，所有活動均在指定開始日期前十四天截止報名。逾期申請，祗在該活動名額未滿的情況下，才被考慮接納與否。
The closing date for application for programs will be 14 days before the program starting date, unless otherwise stated.  Late applications will only be considered if there are still vacant places.

一經取錄，參加者不得要求轉報其他活動；惟〈畢基〉對特殊情況，可酌情處理。轉報（只限一個同期已接受報名之活動）一經批准，須繳付港幣一百二十元手續費。
Once accepted onto a program, the applicant cannot change to another program.  A processing fee of $ 120 will be levied on approved transfer.  Applicant can only change to another program which is open for enrollment at the time of transfer.

若活動報名人數不足，或在特殊情況下，〈畢基〉有權取消該活動。
GCF reserves the right to cancel a program if there is insufficient enrolment or unforeseen difficulties arising from mounting the program.

本團契有權決定是否接受報名申請。
GCF may, at its discretion, refuse to admit an applicant.

活動安排 Program Arrangements
報名接納後，將發出電郵通知予申請者。惟〈畢基〉對電郵無法傳送所引致的後果，概不負責。
E-mail notification will be issued for application accepted, but GCF will not be responsible for any delivery failure.

如在活動開始前三天仍未收到電郵通知，請即與我們聯絡。
If you do not receive the e-mail notification within three days of the starting date of the program, please check with us.

除特別通告外，參加者請自行依照活動單張或電郵／〈畢基〉網頁所列的時間，到有關地點參與活動。報名收據將於活動當日派發。
Applicants should attend the program as scheduled in the program leaflet, e-mail notification or GCF website, unless they hear from us otherwise before the program starts.  Receipts will be issued at the first session of the program.

〈畢基〉將盡可能依照活動資料內所列的時間及地點舉行活動，並安排原定講員／負責人主領活動。惟〈畢基〉保留更改活動安排的權利。
We will make every effort to ensure that our programs meet at the place and time advertised, and with the same speaker(s).  However, we reserve the right to make changes if necessary.

惡劣天氣安排Adverse Weather Arrangements
若黑色暴雨警告訊號，或八號或以上颱風訊號宣告懸掛，所有活動按下列規定停止舉行：
If the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal, or the Typhoon Signal No.8 or above is hoisted at the following hours, programs will be suspended as below:

訊號生效時間Signals hoisted By 活動停止Programs suspended
上午六時　　　06:00a.m.  下午二時前開始的活動Programs that start before 2:00p.m.
上午十一時　　11:00a.m. 下午二時至六時開始的活動Programs that start between 2:00 & 6:00p.m.
下午三時　　　03:00p.m. 下午六時後開始的活動Programs that start from 6:00p.m.
當活動期間懸掛以下訊號：When the following Signal is hoisted during the programs already in progress:
八號或更高之颱風訊號Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above 活動立刻終止Program will be immediately suspend
黑色暴雨警告訊號Black Rainstorm Signal 室內活動繼續進行，戶外活動立刻終止Indoor activities will be continued, while all outdoor activities will be suspended.
