1. 報名費用一經繳交，將不能退回。
2. 隨行兒童收費如下︰0-3歲免費；4-11歲 HK$700 (US$90)；11歲以上與成人同價。

Transportation from airport to Camp will be provided as followed:
• 9:00am / 11:30am / 2:00pm / 6:00pm straight from Donmuang Airport and Suvarnabhumi Airport
• The latest bus will be depart 15-30 minutes late in case of some delegates arrive a little later than 6:00pm and inform us in advance.

Transportation for delegates who arrives Bangkok before camp date:
• Bus will be waiting at The Second Church Samyan and depart to the camp 10:00 am.
• Delegates can reach The Second Church Samyan by Subway Train (MRT) “Samyan Station” or by Taxi

Transportation to the hotel by yourself:

Delegates who cannot catch 18.00 bus can travel to the Hotel according to this instruction.

• From Donmuang Airport, you can take public bus No. 29, 510, 538, 187 at the Bus stop in front of the Airport and then drop off at Victory Monument. Andthen you can take the van to Hua Hin (Please inform the driver that you need to drop off at Cha-Am Intersection) Ticket purchasing can be made at Drop off Location In front of Rajavithi hospital. And then you must drop off at Cha-am Intersection (NearBangkok Bank). We will arrange some vehicle to the Hotel from Drop-off Locations for you.
• The latest van will depart at 20.00 From Suvarnabhumi airport. You can take VIP Bus to Hua Hin. Ticket purchasing/booking can be made through the RRC website at www.airporthuahinbus.com or at Suvarnabhumi counter on Level 1 near Gate no.8. The latest bus will depart at 19:30. And then you must drop off at Cha-am Intersection (Near Bangkok Bank). We will arrange some vehicle to the Hotel from Drop-off Locations for you.

*All expenses will be responsible by delegates themselves.
